Liverpool Street

Many professional people commute into London from Essex and East Anglia but having spent all working week in the metropolis do not particularly want to travel into London to find vintage fashions. Of course, there are others who work outside the capital who also now have the chance to sample what is available to Londoners.

Brentwood is just 30 minutes journey time from London Liverpool Street mainline station, with trains running every 15 mins, and just two miles off the M25, @Junction 28.

‘Vintage Vogue’ is the answer for many people and a growing alternative to London that is now saturated with similar events.

Why Essex

Essex has a rich heritage and as much in the way of culture as London or Brighton. The county’s history goes back as far as Boudicca and the Romans.  It is home to a former Royal hunting forest, has several historic market towns and is the birthplace of Marconi’s radio. For many years Essex also produced the top UK Drum & Bugle Corps.

The County features several English Heritage and National Trust properties and is also home to the makers of this country’s most famous jams.

Why not plan a weekend trip around ‘Vintage Vogue’ and take in some of Essex culture where you can find some great Michelin star restaurants and stay at leading hotels, motels or guesthouses. You will find details of accommodation via our links page.
